Grease

The ever popular musical Grease, written in 1971 by Jim Jacobs and Warren Casey, is an excellent choice for school and amateur productions with a fun script and lively musical numbers.

Set in Rydell High School during the 1950’s, it tells the story of teen greaser Danny Zuko falling in love with Australian wholesome good girl Sandy Olsson.

Danny is the leader of the T-Birds black jacket greasers and Sandy joins the Pink Ladies gang led by Betty Rizzo.
